There is a 7th floor sun-deck that is accessible from a spiral staircase in the living room. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining room, living room. There is a slider off the living area to wrap around deck. The master bedroom also has a slider onto the deck. There are 2 additional bedrooms. Each bedroom with king size beds has its own bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen that was just remodeled with granite and stainless steel appliances, cook center on the patio, ocean view terrace, air conditioning, wi-fi, washer/dryer and more.

Reservations and Deposits –The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your travel date. All reservation requests made 60 days prior to travel date or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request.
